Yolanda Payne Threat, RN

Yolanda Threat is the founder and Administrator for Stedfast Home Care. Yolanda brings over 35 years of nursing experience to the organization. Yolanda started her career as a nurse's assistant and LVN while later achieving her RN certification through a nursing program in San Antonio, Texas.

In 1985 Yolanda received her degree and license as a registered nurse at San Antonio College. She went on to work with the Mental Health Center (MHMR) in San Antonio, Texas where she became Director of Nursing from 1986 to 1989.

Yolanda continued in the industry working for Georgia Regional Hospital as a Unit Supervisor and then in the long term care field at Lilburn Healthcare Center where she was elevated to Director of Nursing and served in that capacity for five years from '90 to '95. Yolanda then became a part of Capital Care Management as a consultant overseeing a region of 9 homes till 1998.

In 1998 she returned to Long Term Care in Austell, Georgia until 2005 as the Director of Nursing. She later became the Administrator at the Lanier facility from 2010 to 2015. Yolanda has been recognized in the nursing and healthcare industry for customer satisfaction and excelling in quality assurance and patient care.

Today, Yolanda is focused on bringing the same spirit of excellence to Stedfast Home Care to reach and support patients across metro Atlanta and North Georgia.
