Our nurses carefully assess each client and develops a plan of care tailored to their individual needs and requests. We can provide services that uniquely support the client who may have physical, cognitive, health, or age-related deficits or limitations, or the client who may just want or need a companion. Our staff receives continuous training, following the most up to date safety standards, to assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, toileting, mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication management, errands, escort to appointments, shopping, and salons/spa day. Caregivers are also trained to assist with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises to help promote or maintain the client’s mobility. Stedfast’s owners have received extensive training in Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care and ensure that our staff receives ongoing training in providing safe and client-centered care for this population.
For clients who may need a higher level of care, we are licensed to provide nursing services, which include:
- Gastric Tube Management, including Medication Administration and Feeding
- Foley Catheter Insertion/Removal and Management
- Wound Care Management
- Insulin Administration and Management
- Oxygen and Nebulizer Treatment Administration and Management
- Medication Administration and Management
- Care and Management of established Tracheostomies, Colostomies, etc.
