Stedfast Home Care Services, LLC is the vision and passion project of a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and registered nurse with over 40 years experience in managing and providing care for seniors. Our passion is to provide seniors with the care and services we want to receive as we age. That passion is what fuels us to hire and train nurses and caregivers who share and support our vision to provide professional, skilled, and compassionate care to seniors who want to age in place, in their homes.

Assessment of Client Needs

Our clinical team realizes there is no cookie cutter approach to providing home care services. Every person has a unique set of needs and preferences for their care. A licensed nurse will perform an assessment of the physical, mental, emotional, and environmental needs of the client and develop a care plan as unique as the senior who needs it.

Personalized Scheduling of Services

Services are scheduled according to client and family needs. We have caregivers available morning, noon, and night. We can also accommodate 24-hour, around the clock, care, if necessary.

Client Centered Care

The service care plan can include any combination of services that meet the client or family’s needs. In addition to personal care services such as bathing, dressing, feeding, we also offer services like light housekeeping, transportation to appointments, errands or shopping. Our goal is to tailor the service care plan to meet the client’s need and promote their overall well-being.

Our team is also to provide non-skilled medical care. This includes wound care, dressing changes, GI tube feeding and medication administration, catheter and colostomy care and management, and medication administration.
