How Stedfast Home Care Services Adapted During The Pandemic

The COVID-19 pandemic was undoubtedly an unusual experience that none of us was prepared for. But, to sustain our business and protect the lives of our clients and staff, we had to work smart and adapt to the circumstances. During the course of the pandemic, our staff instituted and maintained strict infection control standards, which minimized the virus’ impact on them and our patients. We also were able to partner with several senior care facilities to assist them in caring for their patients during the height of the pandemic. Stedfast Home Care Services was even able to respond to the request from the DPH (Department of Public Health) to participate as a provider site for the COVID-19 vaccines in our community.

Our response to the pandemic was triumphant and left a lasting impression on our patients, their families, and the community. Through these services, we allow our clients to have dependable, experienced caregivers escort them to their procedure and safely observe for complications until they are fully recovered. It also allows the family member to take some much-needed time off and know that their loved one is in good hands.

Besides helping our clients, we also do our best to help the community by supporting different causes. We believe that everyone, including the senior population, deserves proper health care and services and liberty and justice. She does, at times, accompany them to their appointments and helps them explain and be heard by their physicians. That way, they can receive the best care for their needs.
